Quellipsis sighting: webcomics.com

Webcomics.com has an article about various uses of punctuation in writing comics and how punctuation usage might differ in comics compared to traditional prose.  The author mentions how an ellipsis combined with a question mark “indicates a delayed surprise/excitement or delayed confusion”.  Indeed. Mixed Punctuation?!
