Google Earth punctuation

ICANN’t believe it: non-English characters to be used in web addresses

The governing body in charge of web domain naming has approved the use of non-Latin based characters.  Web addresses are currently limited to the 26 Latin letters, the number 0-9, and the hyphen.  Not very convenient if you happen to live in say, Russia or China.  No mention of punctuation being added, but it is [...]
